South Goa Season

2026 – 2027

About Patnem

Patnem is one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in South Goa, India. Surrounded by nature, its crescent-shaped shoreline with golden sand and calm sea offers the perfect setting to rest and reconnect. It’s a place to enjoy silence, serenity, and a relaxed atmosphere — all immersed in the authentic spirit of India, right by the sea in this little paradise.

This is where everything began around 15 years ago. From Patnem, I took the bus that would take me first time to Mysore to study at KPJAYI with the Jois family. After all these years, I returned last season to start the first Ashtanga Yoga Mysore program in South Goa. Nothing is a coincidence — the circle has come full.

Ashtanga Yoga Mentorship – with Laia Yanez

Authorized teacher Level 2 KPJAYI by Sharath Jois
In-Person in Patnem

Available during the months of november-december-january- february

An intimate and guided space to deepen your practice – and yourself.

Each month, I offer personalized mentorship for committed practitioners who are ready to go beyond the external form of the practice and begin a more conscious, personal, and profound path.

This is not a course or a quick training.
It is an invitation to live yoga in a more integrated, intimate, and real way.
A chance to build a stable, honest, and sustainable daily practice – one that helps you connect to your own path, your own voice, and a way of living that truly aligns with who you are.

All of this happens here in Patnem, South Goa, which is now my home – surrounded by nature, beauty, and silence.

If you’d like us to send you all the information, please contact asthana yoga patnem!
